What we collect

Flowork collects the minimum data needed to provide its services: your email address for authentication, and content you create within the application (boards, cards, notes).

When you connect your YouTube account, we access your subscriptions and playlists (read-only) to import video metadata. We do not store your YouTube credentials — we use OAuth tokens that you can revoke at any time.

How we use it

Your data is used solely to provide Flowork features: visual boards, video analysis, note-taking, and task management. We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties.

Data storage

Data is stored on Supabase infrastructure in the EU (Frankfurt, eu-central-1). All connections are encrypted via TLS.

Your rights

You can export or delete your data at any time. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us at the address below.
